In October 2013 our journey of moving began! Clint got a job in Pleasant View Utah working at Admiral Beverage company. He left Taylynn and I in Monticello for 6 weeks while he started his job and we began to pack the house up. While Clint was in Pleasant View he lived with his brother who let us stay there until we could find a house. While Clint was working and searching for a home, I was working at Thatzza Pizza and Taylynn and I packing up the house, which is such a big chore. The weekend before Thanksgiving Clint came and took a load back up to Pleasant View. That weekend my family and friends gave me a very fun Birthday party. Then on Monday Taylynn and I loaded up the Tahoe as full as we could get it and headed to Pleasant View. There we joined Clint and lived with my brother-in-law until we found a house.
The search was on to find a house. We decided to wait until after Christmas to start looking again for a house. We were interested in moving to Brigham City and went looking at houses there. We walked into a home and I knew that was the house we were going to live in. We started the paperwork to buy the house. Less then a month later on Feb. 2, 2014 we moved into our new house. Below are pictures of the house on the inside before we moved in. We are mostly moved in at this point. It is a cute little 3 bedroom 1 bath house, but is perfect for our little family.
This is the front room as you enter into the house.
This is Clint and I's room. It has very dark window coverings which will be
perfect when Clint has to work nights.
This is our office and is just off of our bedroom.
This is Taylynn's room
This is our bathroom and it has just been remodeled recently.
Our Kitchen
Dinning room table goes there, and the door leads to the side of the house to
go to the back of the house.
Laundry room (needs some updates)
On February 11, 2014 Crystal (my sister-in-law) went into the hospital to have a little baby boy. She went in at 7:30 am and by 6:30 pm she had him. Her labor was a very short time and her and the baby did great! Taylynn couldn't go into the room to see the baby, so she was really sad.
They named Him Scott Eckstien (we call him Scotty and I Believe middle name will be Justin)
He was 7lbs 13oz 20 1/2 inches long
He is perfect little boy!
